Medid and its New Range of Laser Levels

The pioneering measurement company, Medid, is taking a significant step forward in one of the categories it has been working in for years: laser leveling. They are currently launching a complete new range of 6 lasers and one detector.

Medid's newly launched range consists of 4 green laser models and a detector for green lasers, along with 2 models featuring red lasers. This collection is built around user versatility and convenience, offering compact-sized lasers with excellent visibility compared to other brands. Even the smallest laser in the new family has a range of 30 meters for the green laser version and 15 meters for the red laser version.

The compact model, known as "COMPACT," is the smallest in the family. It's a self-leveling laser that projects a cross. In its green version, it has a range of up to 30 meters, while the red version reaches 15 meters. Both models have an accuracy of +/-0.4 mm/m and operate on 2 AA batteries.

The next level up is the "PRO" model. Also self-leveling, it has a range of 30 meters in green and 15 meters in red. This laser projects horizontal, vertical, and cross lines, with the same accuracy as the previous model.

The "SMART" laser is self-leveling in 360 degrees, projecting a vertical line and two plumb dots. This model is available in green with a 30-meter range. A renewed classic is the "3D" laser, which projects lines in all directions: horizontal, vertical-frontal, and vertical-lateral. It's available with a green laser and a 30-meter range.

All six new Medid models come with a battery indicator, and in some cases, you can reduce the laser intensity to conserve battery life for extended use. Some models come in a kit with a carrying case, a stand, safety glasses, and a target, while the models sold separately include a practical nylon bag with a stand. Furthermore, it's worth noting that Medid includes a convenient adapter with all lasers, allowing them to be used with both 1/4" and 5/8" threads on tripods or supports.

The Medid detector can detect laser lines ranging from 1 meter to 50 meters and is currently exclusively designed for green laser models. It features an audible alert and can detect both horizontal and vertical lines. The detector operates using two AAA lithium batteries.
